Hens Parties

A lovely lounge area with french doors opening to a private outdoor area is available to hens parties when bookings are made for services. Kitchen facilites are also available.

• There is a mobile option for wedding make-up anywhere in the Wairarapa. In some cases there will be a charge for travel if it is too far out of Masterton but keep in mind that the villa at Ali’i Beauty Therapy is an excellent photo opportunity for wedding parties that are booked in.

Electrolysis

These are the small veins that appear around the cheek and nose area. They are treated using the Electrolysis machine and high frequency. A consultation prior to treatment is required (free).

Milia/Skin Tags

Milia are the hard pearl-like white balls that appear under the skin which are very difficult to get out. Skin tags are bubbles of skin with a thin neck which can be irritating.

E-Light (IPL/RF)

For hair removal or skin rejuvenation. E-light removes any colour hair on any colour skin, unlike ordinary IPL which only removes dark hair on fair skin. It is also excellent for skin rejuvenation and pigmentation. A $50 consultation fee is required which goes towards your first treatment. Treatment areas and price vary.

Spraytanz

A very natural tan (with a green base so no orange) done in just a few minutes. The day of your tan, shower and exfoliate but do not have on any make-up, moisturizer, perfume or deodorant. Wear dark baggy clothes and jandals (ladies, you cannot wear a bra afterwards and you should have all waxing done 24 hours prior). All tans guaranteed.

Brazilian Rose Hot Wax is used for delicate areas such as bikini or underarm. Strip wax is used for legs, arms or back. The thigh and full leg include the bikini using strip wax, if hot wax is preferred it is charged accordingly.

Excellent to have after a massage, the infra-red penetrates muscle deep and forces the muscles to relax and release their toxins.
